Personal Training

One-to-One sessions. If you prefer to train with a partner (ie- spouse, friend), Two-to-One sessions can also be provided. The fitness program will be customized to your needs and goals; whether you wish to lose weight, tone up, condition for a particular sport/activity or just need general motivation to work-out. 



Group exercise (max class size 16 persons) focusing on an all-over body workout incorporating cardiovascular/interval and resistance training. Guaranteed to increase fitness levels, create tone and definition.  


Special Focus

I am qualified to provide specialized training for persons with diabetes, obesity and other health conditions. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with small groups, large groups, sports training and persons with special needs. I hold a number of sports training qualifications including: soccer, basketball, volleyball and badminton,
